  • Our church is now open each day from 9.30am until 4.00pm.  Come in and light a candle, say a prayer, or enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

  • Coffee Morning - Held every every Thursday in the  vestry from 10am until noon.
  • Craft and Chatter Groups are held every other Wednesday (1st, 15th and 29th  of July) between 1pm and 3pm (drop in and out as you please) but have now moved to Wyndsmoor, Ffordd Penrhwylfa (near Roundwood Avenue) Meliden.  Bring your own craft work and enjoy a chat with others while you do it. 
  • Mothers' Union will be holding a Strawberry Tea on Saturday 18th July at 3pm at Y Cae Gwyn, Gwaenysgor.  Entrance is £3-50 for adults, £2-00 for children or £10 for a family (2+2).  As well as teas, scones and strawberries there will be a raffle and a cake stall.  All monies raised are for Mothers' Union charities.
  • A huge thank you to everyone involved in any way with our fete held last month.  We had a lovely afternoon and the weather was warm and dry despite forecasts of heavy rain and we managed to raise just over £2,000.  Thanks also go to the Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl, Venue Cymru, Llandudno, Saints Health & Fitness, Russell Paul Hairdressers, Meliden Post Office, Iceland, The Red Lion, The Miners' Arms, Tesco and Marks & Spencer who all contributed to the event.



About Us

There has been a Parish Church in Meliden for centuries. Here people have come to worship God and to learn to follow the Christian way.

The Church is also the centre of the community where people come for baptisms, weddings and funerals. On these occasions we speak to God who loves us, judges us, forgives us, strengthens us and finally welcomes us home. The Church provides worship which has warmth and friendliness and also that formality and dignity which speak of truths that do not change in a changing world.

Children's Church takes place during every 11.15am Service except when it is a Family Service.

At the back of the Church there is an area suitably fitted out with things to interest young children.
